Chad Turner, MD (Medical Director)
Chad Turner is a board certified family medicine physician who has been providing care at the
Sissonville Health Center since 2007; Dr Turner also serves as the Medical Director for the
Cabin Creek Health Systems organization. Dr Turner graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor
of Arts in Biology in from West Virginia University in 1997 and from Marshall University’s
School of Medicine in 2002. Dr Turner completed a family medicine residency at the University
of Colorado where we served as 3rd year chief resident. Before coming to Sissonville Dr Turner
worked as a private practice physician in Charleston.
Dr Turner currently resides in Cross Lanes with his wife and son. He and his wife co-own the Turner Medical
Spa located in Cross Lanes. In his spare time he enjoys snowboarding, surfing, and playing guitar.
Nafiseh Woodard, DO
Nafiseh Woodard is a board certified family medicine physician who has been providing care at the Sissonville
Health Center since 2004. Dr Woodard graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from East Tennessee
State University in 1994 and from the WV School of Osteopathic Medicine in 2001. Dr Woodard completed a family
medicine residency at CAMC in 2004.
Dr Woodard currently resides in Scott Depot with her husband. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
Jill Fields, PA-c
Jill Fields is a nationally certified Physician Assistant who has been taking care of patients in Sissonville since 1994. She graduated summa cum laude from Alderson Broaddus College in 1992 with a Bachelor’s of Science in Medical Science. As a PA, she works in both community health and school-based health settings and has a special interest in women’s health.
Jill resides in Poca with her husband of 20 years, her twin daughters and a son. Outside of work, Jill enjoys supporting her children in their sports activities, reading, soccer, football, and watching NCIS.
David Watkins, PA-c
David Watkins is a certified Physician Assistant who has been providing care at the Sissonville Health Center since 2002.
David graduated with a Bachelor Science in Sports Medicine from the University of Charleston in 1998 and a Bachelor of
Science in Physician Assistant from Mountain State University in 2001.
David currently resides in Hurricane with his wife. In his spare time David enjoys golf and WVU sports.
